Sehr gastfreundlicher Familienbetrieb, ganz ruhig gelegen. Leckeres Frühstück. Wirklich hilfsbereites und flexibles Personal, die auch bei Extrawünschen sämtliche Hebel in Bewegung setzen.

Das Hotel ist nicht leicht zu finden, liegt in der Strasse nach hinten versetzt. Rezeption ist ein ungeordnetes Archiv. Flure und Aufzug sehr duster, Geruch im Flur unterirdisch. Zimmer waren gut, sauber, Bad auch und durchaus ansprechend. Frühstück war gut, Eindruck wird etwas zerstört durch aufgebackene Brötchen, dir dann wie Gummienten auf dem Buffet liegen. (Obwojl es in unmittelbarer Nähe Bäcker giht die offen haben). Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Katzen im Rezeptiobsbereich fragwürdig, es gibt ja auch Gäste mit Allergien. Fussweg zur Therne/Kurpark ca. 20-25 Min, also nicht sehr zentral. Bild im Booking.com Profil stimmg mit Realität nicht überein
