House located in Mougins, 5 kms from Cannes and 25 kms from Nice, with quiet garden, vehicle location. Car recommended.
My accommodation is perfect for couples and families (with children).
Near the Rosella Hightower dance school.
Near the Sophia Antipolis technology park

The house has 3 beds: 1 bed 160x200, and 2 beds 90x200. No baby cot.
For the basic products, towels and sheets provided, but not the toiletries (shampoo, soap ...)

The house is very nice with enough space for a familiy. Both inside as in the garden. Mougins, Cannes, Nice, St. Paul de Vence, Vence, & Monaco are close by and good for daytrips. The owners are very friendly and always ready to help you.

Encore un énorme merci à Béatrice et Eric pour leur accueil en général et notamment le téléguidage le jour de notre arrivée. La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos et le jardin très agréable. Excellent point de départ pour de multiples excursions dans les villages de l'arrière-pays.

The house was more then we expected it had everything you
need for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect and having
a garden was delightful to return to after days out. It's a little jem
of a find inexpensive for the area and Beatrice and Eric were very
lovely and on hand if need be. The house is in a very quite area
on the edge of the old village. We are looking forward to returning....
