About this house rental

House located 800 m from the village of Mouans-Sartoux with a nice garden of 1400 m2.
In the heart of the medieval village of Mougins (8km), the hinterland of Grasse (10km) and the beautiful village of Mougins 4 km).

Possibility to use bicycles for young and old (2 children's bikes and 3 adults) and scooter 125 cm3 xmax (under certain conditions)
2 Weber BBQ available (Gas and coal)

Mon avis est mitigé, pas d’accueil à l’arrivée, pas de vélos annoncés, pas de vrais chambres , location pour 6 personnes. La chambre parentale sans fenêtres, une ouverture sur le salon uniquement séparée par les rideaux. Chambre des enfants sans fenêtres à l’extérieur, sortantes sur une autre chambre avec les fenêtres sortantes sur une salle à manger. Bref, pour aérer c’est un peu compliqué. La location est le logement des hôtes, donc les placards ne sont pas vides et pour nos affaires nous n’avons pas eu assez de place. Pour la chambre des enfants 2 étagères étaient bien suffisantes, dans la pièce parentale rien pour mettre les vêtements. Dans les salles de douches présence de vêtements à laver de famille qui y habite. Rien n’était spécifié dans l’annonce, dommage. Un nid de guêpes découvert dans le barbecue Weber mis à disposition, donc au premier jour d’utilisation l’attaque était inévitable, heureusement les enfants étaient épargnés. Sinon le contact agréable par téléphone avec le propriétaire. J’ai l’impression que c’est une première location pour ce logement, tellement c’était pas professionnel.
