About this villa rental
Great villa in the Rafol de Almunia urbanisation in Monte Pego. It has 800m2 of plot and a dream view of the sea and the mountain. It is located on the same mountain, in a very quiet area on a dead-end street.
The garden is mostly composed of Mediterranean plants, palm trees and shrubs. The private pool has a Roman staircase and measures 8m x 4m with a wide terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful views. Next to the pool is the outdoor shower, a barbecue, a small fridge and a table that complement the space.
The two-storey house has 130m2 and is distributed as follows, on the ground floor is the living room with satellite TV and access to the terrace, next to the living room is the dining room with the corridor that leads to the fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and filter machine and a fridge with freezer. In the storage room is the washing machine.
Continuing with the rooms, a double room with a double bed with two mattresses, en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. We find another bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Through an interior staircase we access the second floor with two double rooms, both with air conditioning and access to the upper terrace. The upstairs floor also has a bathroom with shower.
All rooms have mosquito nets so you can open the windows without the risk of mosquitoes.
The house has central heating for the coldest months.
The owner of the house would be grateful if no one smoked inside the house.
The distance to Denia beach is 12km, to the city centre of Denia 20 km, Rafol de Almunia 2.5km, Pego 5km and Vergel 11km. Supermarkets 8km and restaurants just 1.3km away.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

La cocina exterior muy cerca de la piscina, con frigorifico y todo lo q necesitas para no tener q entrar a casa.
La atencion por el personal q estuvieron siempre dispuestos a resolver nuestras dudas o inquietudes.
