Spacious villa on 3 levels with great pool area with fully equipped Summer kitchen.
Veranda for breakfast as the sun comes up.
South facing so sun on pool area all day.
Air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.
Gorgeous views down to the sea. Quiet location on well presented urbanisation. Restaurant and bars 15 minute walk away.
Plenty of space both inside and outside for at least 6 people.
Only 15 minute drive to beautiful Oliva beach

Enjoyed a week stay in Andrew's fantastic villa. Photos don't do it justice - the views are spectacular and the property is amazing. Loved the outdoor kitchen / bar area beside the pool and the hot-plate and BBQ.
The villa has everything a family will need, lots of utensils, glassware and modern appliances (coffee machine and blender were very useful!).
Communication with Andrew was excellent and he personally and quickly sorted out a small issue before we even arrived at the villa. Location was perfect for us - quiet and outside of the main town, but close enough to beaches and restaurants (by car). Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette maison. L'accueil de Tracy a été agréable. Le descriptif de la maison correspond bien à ce qu'on a trouvé. Elle est très bien équipée et agencée et dans un quartier très calme. La piscine était à bonne température. La vue est magnifique. De plus, il y a des grottes et châteaux à visiter. Le village de l'Atzubia est joli et les commerçants sont sympas (une note particulière au restaurant "La Moleta").

Diese komfortable, ruhige Villa übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, sauber, gemütlich, mit sehr viel unterschiedenen Locations um zu verweilen. Im überdachten Essbereich der Außenterasse neben dem schönen Pool und mit der idyllischen Aussicht war es immer traumhaft. Hier befand sich eine zweite voll ausgestattete Küche. Dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Lovely house. We had a truely fabulous time, so much that we were allways joking, we never wanted to leave. Our biggest problem was to decide, which of the 3 locations was the best one to eat at, because all 3 were very pleasant. The outside terraces with a very nice swimming-pool, a barbecue area (equipped with a second full kitchen) and a peaceful idyllic view was perfect for relaxing, eating and enjoying. Nothing was missing!
Communication with the owners and their friends which were the housekeepers was excellent. We very much hope to return soon! Thank you
Esta casa estaba muy limpia, bonita y extremadamente bien equipada. Tanto el comedor, como el balcón son muy acogedores para comer, pero el área de la preciosa piscina es especialmente espectacular, porque además de contar con una segunda cocina absolutamente bien equipada y un espacio muy acogedor para comer, cuenta con un paisaje encantador. Poco después de llegar sentíamos querernos quedar a vivir allí. A la villa no le falta nada, invita a relajarse y gozar.

La casa fenomenal . Las vistas impresionantes tanto de dia como de noche un lugar supertranquilo para relajarse . No apto para a los q les va la marcha . La playa mas cercana a 19 mtos en coche en Oliva. La piscina fenomenal . El recibimiento que tuvimos fue estupendo no lo esperabamos con una cesta con vinos. Pan mermeladas. Y cafe . Tracy y su marido los encargados gente muy amable y Andrew el dueño aunque no está pero siempre respondiendo a las dudas que tuvimos . Ojala podamos repetir . Graciaaas
