The price-quality, the location and the host! Basicly everything :)
It’s a very nice, spacious room with afternoon sun on the balcony. It’s right in the city center close to the stores and reustaurants with a 5min walk from the beach and a nice hot shower!
Matteo was also the best host, he whatsapped us upfront and guided us who to take public transport (only €1,40 op for a 15min busdrive and a then a 5min walk). He was also really responsive during the weekend of we had questions. What we also appreciated a lot was how he respected the privacy. Sometimes it feels like you have to socialize a lot with the host in person, but Matteo kept it nice and simple: like we asked to buy a bottle of water from him and he just put it in the hallway for us and got it for free also :) really recommend this place!!

This is an amazing place with many unique qualities. A beautiful space arranged in a very tasteful way. It is a place with a long tradition and soul. The main host, Matteo, is a great man, and his help knows no bounds. My level of satisfaction is off the charts. I highly recommend it.
