Everything was excellent but the check out experience was not good ( my phone charger was not working I took a connection cable for charging and which I connected with my universal adapter and use it with the universal adapter anyway I have to carry because of Indian charger can’t work with out this adapter the front office staff who was arguing and insulting me and say that the universal adapter belong to the hotel and I am taking away a hotel item which was very insulting and his way of talking was very unprofessional
