The apartment is on the first floor, reachable by elevator, in a building of total and recent renovation in the Vicolo Sant'Anna, a small street that connects the lakefront with the shopping street in the historic center. This position offers the advantage of being one step away from all the resources that the city can offer and, at the same time, guarantees the tranquility of a more reserved area.
The square meters are 70 while the beds are 4: two in the double bedroom, with a balcony overlooking the alley and the lake, plus two others obtained from a large red sofa bed in the living room.
The bathroom with a mosaic effect is large and has a spacious shower. Equipped kitchen and living room share a vast space with a view of the alley and access to the balcony thanks to two French windows which offer a pleasant natural light.

We had a great stay, everything you need in a spacious, well-planned apartment. We'd send our friends here! Free parking is 10 min walk, but no problem for us. Restaurants adjacent usually quiet from 10:30 pm shut down to 7:00 am when trash collected. But location 20 steps from lake can't be missed.

Beautifully appointed apartment. We appreciated the laundry facilities. We would recommend renting for a short stay in Arona. We liked the herbs on balcony and things provided for washing.etc.

appartamento molto pulito, arredi nuovi e funzionali, cucina perfettamente attrezzata con stoviglie in ottime condizioni, posizione perfetta in centro città e per il lungolago, stazione ffss e imbarcadero a 5 min. a piedi.
i proprietari giovani, cordiali e disponibili, tempestivi nel rispondere ai messaggi.
