Lovely guest house situated so close to the sea! The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the room very clean. The shower was quite powerful! The owners are very accommodating - would definitely stay again!

Lovely and clean with fresh bedding, added extras like use of microwave and fridge. Friendly host and good parking. Great location for the beach. Great WiFi

Was visiting to play the local Seaton Carew Golf Club, so was an ideal base. We used the room for sleeping and getting changed. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water for showering. For the price you couldn't ask for anything more.
Nothing, it is a budget accommodation but is more than acceptable.

Although the room was in an old building, it was clean which is the most important thing.
The shower was probably one of the worst, if not THE worst I have ever experienced in a B&B. Took ages for the hot water to get there. Then it went from hot to stone cold and the flow almost stopped in the space of five seconds. Then it went to really hot, hot enough to burn skin. There was a good mirror but no socket anywhere near to plug in a hair dryer. We had to climb two flights of stairs, which would have been fine except the second flight was really steep and the treads were really narrow. they weren't wide enough to put your whole foot on, which meant that coming down them was really dangerous. You had to turn your foot sideways to put it on the step which isn't easy, especially when carrying luggage. These would definitely not be suitable for an elderly person.
