Location was fine,have visited the area before so knew what to expect

Hot tub was very good and the beds were comfy. Only booked for the hot tub and had I been unable to get it I would have probably cancelled, their is also some confusion as to what your getting for the price, when we booked it showed the hot tub being included and it wasn't so had to pay £50 extra. However the guy did say I could cancel as the problem lay with booking. Com
Seemed to be some confusion over who had a hot tub reserved, however the lady on reception did her best to accommodate the guests. Not exactly a fantastic location as surrounding areas are industrial

Very clean and easy to find, the staff where lovely and helpful
The decor was extremely dated and the walls where like paper (got woken up by two people “banging the headboard” if you get what I mean)

It was near to the Mayfair Center I was at
The window latch was broke so window wouldn’t close , freezing in the room , one of the heaters that is fixed onto the wall was no where near a socket so couldn’t plug it in , radiators weren’t on . Couldn’t find any staff to help with the heater .
Last time I stayed 5 years ago it was lovely , this time not as good , and it’s over priced now for the state of the place
