Nice little boutique hotel, good location if you're visiting Yuhang District or XiXi Wetland. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some language barrier as staff cannot speak English, but translator apps these days are a great help. Breakfast was simple Chinese breakfast. Afternoon tea was also provided which we did not expect, so a happy surprise. Rooms are a great size, bed was comfortable, nice shower too. Overall a pleasant short stay.

The rooms and facilities were very clean. The cafe was cute, and the free breakfast and afternoon tea were a nice plus. The AC was freezing cold just how I like it during this extremely hot summer.
No complaints about the hotel. It was convenient for me because it was close to my friend, but it’s very far from the west lake and the train stations. There is also a ton of traffic in that location because of massive subway construction.

1. Room was fairly clean.
2. Complimentary afternoon beverages at their cafeteria. Though I didn’t go but this was very nice.
3. Front desk always greeted me - very friendly for sure.
4. Housekeeping was always adequate.
1. The internet was horrible. The internet connection comes and goes. It was very unstable and unreliable.
2. Sometimes I could smell the sewage from the toilet. Not a pleasant experience staying in your room.
3. The bathroom floor always got flooded when I took shower.
4. Some other nights, there were terrible noises came from the other guests in the late night. Should the hotel do something on such occasions?
