Good location for sightseeing near the west lake
Two bed rooms, the one on the window was so cold because of poor insulation.

The location of the hotel is very good, about 10 mins walk from the metro. Westlake is also less than 10 mins away. There is a small night market selling goods (not food) right in front of the hotel. Plenty of eating options nearby.
I think the direction to the hotel should be written specifically to help the guests, especially those who come from elsewhere. We tried to look for the place for 15 mins. If they need help in writing the direction from the metro, I am willing to help. I can speak Mandarin which is a bonus in asking for direction, however, not many people speaks English, even the receptionist.
