Great value for money

the room was fine, comfortable, cleanliness very satisfactory, as was the kindness of the staff

the room was quite small, and a wardrobe was missing

Accessible, Near metro, bus stop and grocery stores

The room we have was not ready as one of the lights was busted , waited for days to get it fixed.The guy who is supposed to fix it on the second day did not knock and just opened the door.Privacy threatened at that time.Perhpas the guy did not communicate with the staff as they thought it had been fixed already.The staff not aware that it had not been fixed.We have to follow up on the third day to get it done.we were surprised we have to make the bunk bed sheets , it would have been better if at least the fitted sheet is in place as it was difficult to stretch it

the hostel has a convenient app that allows you to make reservations, check in yourself, order food at the bar, and book breakfast. the bar has a decent selection of snacks and several types of pizza. they serve coffee, tea, cocoa, cocktails, and other beverages, which was a pleasant surprise. next to the bar, there are tables and an area to relax and eat. the buffet breakfast cost €13 and was fairly basic (pancakes, muesli, toast with various spreads, cheese, meat, eggs, jams)

we place orders through the hostel app. however, some employees are unaware of the app's existence and will not fulfil your order until you personally come to the bar and ask them to do so the room itself was average, with normal conditions in terms of the shower and toilet, but the blankets, pillows and sheets had a lot of stains, which created a feeling of general dirtiness. also, the radiator in our room hardly worked and the window was drafty. it was really cold
