Our room was very good, clean and nice
Other tenants often made noise after quiet hours and smoked inside the building. The bathroom and toilet were always a mess after they used them

It's exactly matching the price. It's close to metro stations, and the streets around are really nice and pretty. Many interesting shops - such as designer shops are nearby. The room is warm and very spacious, and it has a fridge. The kitchen, shower & toilet are also mostly free.
The neighborhood (it's a shared flat, so you will have your temporary housemates) can do the random stuff - for me, it was weird and rude (maybe I'm not that cool person :D). The host explained the situation, so I'll not complain too deeply here.
