Its location, 4 min walks from the beach and so central it was closed to lovely cafés and great wine bars! The room was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and beautiful!

Amazing property in the heart of Pescara and just 5 min walk to the beach.
The rooms were a good size, very clean, and well equipped.
Giovanna was the most caring and friendly host, very responsive and respectful!
The AC system used is great for the energy efficiency but not great for the guests, unfortunately it wasn't chilling the room enough to have a comfortable night sleep when the temperatures are around 30 degrees outside.
