La signora Chiara che ci ha accolto è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento spazioso e ben aerato, bel terrazzo in cui rilassarsi e poter mangiare all'ombra della tenda e al fresco del vento. Pulizia e attrezzatura completa.
All'inizio pensare ai tre piani senza ascensore ci ha preoccupato ma poi l'abbiamo preso come un piccolo allenamento quotidiano benefico così come i dieci minuti per arrivare in centro o alla prima spiaggia. Per il mare abbiamo scelto Riva Trigoso, a dieci minuti in macchina, perché preferiamo la spiaggia libera e là ce n'è una strepitosa.

Ruhige Lage, bei geschlossenem Fenster hat auch die Bahn nicht gestört.
Bad sehr alt und sehr hohe Badewanne. Dusche wäre angenehmer. Sanierungsbedurftig.
Es sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden, dass sich die Wohnung im 3. Stockwerk befindet. Der Parkplatz ist im Kellergeschoss. Somit ist es sehr beschwerlich mit dem Gepäck die vielen Treppen nach oben zu gehen.

We stayed there already for the 2nd time. The apartment is nice, comfortable, there is everything you need for vacation - also some food available like oil, pasta, coffee, cereals. The location is great - just few minutes to the beach, own parking, clise to the city center, some small shoos nearby. The communication with host is also good and helpful.
Very loud in the night because of the railway. It is only possible to sleep with closed windows, which es difficult in the summer. The air conditioning could help
