The location is easily reachable by car. There is a paid parking place, and that is fantastic. There were two of us in the apartment. We had enough space, although the apartment is small. The host was really nice and ready to help all the time.
There was noise from both the neighboring apartment and the street. However, we could sleep quite nicely.

Estaba muuuuuy limpio y tenía 3 camas en cada dormitorio, cada uno con su baño. Ivana nos facilitó tarjeta para un parking cercano, imprescindible en Dubrovnik. También nos dio indicadores útiles para nuestra estancia. Zona de playa, restaurantes y paseo marítimo en las inmediaciones.
Los colchones son algo duros y un día que llovió el apartamento tenía un olor desagradable, supongo que por causas ajenas a la vivienda. Hay que subir unas cuantas escaleras como por toda la zona pero se hacen bien, como subir a un segundo piso.

Muy buena relación precio calidad, sumado a que la atención de Ivana fue excelente. Nos dió muchas recomendaciones de lugares para visitar. El bus 4 con dirección al casco antiguo (incluido en el Dubrovnik Pass) tiene una parada a unos pocos metros del alojamiento. La playa también está realmente muy cerca y es hermosa, al igual que la vista desde la terraza. Quedamos muy contentos con nuestra estadía.
Si presentas dificultades en la movilidad, no te lo recomendaría porque tiene muchas escaleras. El wifi no es muy bueno, intentamos ver una película pero la imagen se congelaba cada tanto. Sin embargo, considero que para el precio que tiene está más que bien todo lo que ofrece.
