Very comfortable, clean and secure. Small lockers next to the beds for valuables. Space under the bed for luggage. Bathroom very nice, clean and spacious. Good kitchen facilities.
Got an email (after I’d set off from home) saying there was only USB A charging sockets in the pods so I ordered a C to A adapter, but when I arrived there was a standard UK 3 pin plug socket in the pod, so I needn’t have bothered (I was travelling with UK 3 pin to USB C). I would say the email wasn’t terribly clear about what was and wasn’t available.

Great location, friendly stuff, always responsive! Sigrid was the person I had most contact with. Really nice, caring, always responding quickly to my questions or if I needed anything.
I stayed in 6 bed fem dorm, I love the cubes, comfy pillows and covers, curtains for privacy. But it felt crowded as it was busy in my dorm. Not much space to unpack, etc. One bathroom for 2 dorms, 2 showers only.

I travelled to Edinburgh as a solo traveller. The check in process was easy and all amenities were clean and in good order. Beds were lovely and private - I stayed in a female only room and it was great.
The staff were fantastic, the facilities were clean and the location was ideal.
My bed could have been a little more comfortable but it was cosy, clean and there was more than enough room and privacy.

It was well located. The bed was comfortable.
Checking in was a bit confusing.
Lack of staff to help made it feel a little lost.
The security buttons on the front door and lockers were a bit fiddly.
