After having an awful time with the first hotel we booked this hotel saved us .
First impressions were amazing with a lovely lady who greeted us with a smile and we were told if we needed anything just to ask her ,very clean , our rooms were very clean and on one of the hottest days we were given a fan , bed linen very clean , small walk into the middle of Skegness but quiet at nighttime

There was no breakfast facility the room was overpriced it smelt of paint the lift was out of order
