no breakfast and no bar the pictures show a bar and pool table and breakfast as they no longer do it any more.

The place was amazing accommodate us so please with it and owner was amazing wr could come as we please and we had ours dogs so happy overall 😊

Location, very quiet,
Don't go before Easter. Skegness mostly open but hotel did not do breakfast as advertised until after Easter! Room Service almost non-existent, bed made daily but rubbish bin not emptied in 3 days, tea, sugar etc not replenished in 3 days.
