The people in charge are amazing. The apartment is beautiful and big. You have all you need. Very close a great mall with all the facilities and full of restaurants.
I was traveling with my car, so it was perfect to have private a parking spot.

Fresh and clean.
No smart TV so we were stuck with Italian channels. No tea and coffee station for guests.

Not a fan of picking up keys off site with time restraints. Not the best area a lot of rubbish on main road but complex very well kept. M5 underground system was fab for getting around Milan. Apartment in need of some TLC, curtains, an electric kettle, a mirror in the bedrooms, upto date plug sockets (they did spark twice!), maybe instructions for hob and shutters. The cleaner needs to mop and clean bathroom as not the best. Did not effect the trip as hardly in the place as out all day/night. Was ok for our trip but would not recommend due to the area.
Area in general some really scruffy blocks near to Lidl, did feel unsafe walking past.
