Divine Sea View Villas are six luxurious, individual, four bedroom villas, designed to offer stylish accommodation in a wonderful, seafront location.
Divine Sea View Villas are six luxurious, individual, four bedroom villas, designed to offer stylish accommodation in a wonderful, seafront location.
Each villa has an open plan design of kitchen,living room,dining room, with large glass doors and windows allowing plenty of light and give a feeling of space and freedom.
The master bedroom is located on its own first floor, has plasma TV , DVD, ensuite bathroom with enclosed shower, private veranda with excellent views.
Three additional bedrooms all with ensuite facilities, are located on the lower floor .
The large (11meters by 5 meters) swimming pool is complemented by extensive terraces with lovely views to the Aegean sea.
Although there are six villas in this location, they each have their own spacious grounds which ensures privacy.
The villas share a tennis court.
Layout:
Ground floor: Modern kitchen, fully equipped, sitting room with plasma TV,DVD, comfortable sofas, dining room, WC, large verandas with outdoor furniture and alfresco dining facilities.
First floor: Master bedroom, double bed, ensuite bathroom with glass enclosed shower.
Outdoors: Large private pool, BBQ , sunbeds, umbrellas, outdoor dining area, private parking.

HOW TO REACH ATHENA & POSIDON VILLAS FROM CHANIA AIRPORT
Exit the airport and stay on this straight road until you reach the junction. Here take the RIGHT fork and drive for approx. 200 mtrs, until you come to a T junction. Turn RIGHT and after 50 mtrs turn LEFT (sign for Aghia Triada).
Drive along this road (pine trees along sides) and at the bottom (stone wall on the left corner), turn LEFT again (signs for Chorafakia).
Stay on the road until you reach the village Chorafakia. Drive through the village and when you see a Mini Market on your left before a right road-bend; be prepared to look for the sign to TERSANAS.
At the sign for TERSANAS, turn left.
Drive along the descending road until you come to the beach (left) of Tersanas.
Immediately after the beach bar, turn right on the slight up hill (Odos Mahairidas).
You will see a sign here for Divine Villas.
Continue for 1 km and at the next sign for Divine Villas turn left and drive for few meters.
For Athena enter the gates on your left.

We have had a great week with the children and grandchildren. Spacious and all luxury property with a very modern look and equipped with all comforts. Much attention has been given to the Interior. You can notice that the Interior and the remaining inventory is regularly renewed. Very clean swimming pool. By the diversity of terraces we had the Sun all day.
Chania is ca half an hour's drive. By Argiro, the manager, we got various tips. The restaurants that she named were excellent.
