Skellig Cottages

Lovely house spacious and very clean.

we came for 5 days to visit the ring of Kerry. the house was already open, the lights & heat on to welcome us upon arrival. beds were made with enough towels for everyone. a housekeeper was close in case of need (we needed a light bulb) A fire was ready to go in the chimney. we recommend the Skellig cottage to explore the Skellig reagion!

the pictures made it look like you had a sea view & could walk down to the beach from the garden, but it was not the case. there is no view and the beach is 5mn away from the house, but still close by. the dishwasher was broken, but we guess it'll be fixed for the next visitors, as we signaled it. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay and we recommend the Skellig cottage.

Well equipped cottage. Great location, prompt attention from manager.

Not as close to beach as advertised. Especially dangerous walking the road with small children. Lot of fumes from boiler no carbon monoxide alarm. Offered a refund for one night as we had to leave early because of fumes. Refund not sent to me . Wether it was owner or booking.com not sure but felt like I was trying to swindle 200 e . Disappointed to say the least.
