Der Park an sich alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Sauberkeit im Haus, es hat ein Sonnenschirm gefehlt. Die gärten sind nicht gepflegt wir hatten im Grünzeug, Kohle vom Vormieter drin. Möbel schon sehr alt gerade die Couch. Im Park fast alles sehr teuer zb Salami Pizza ab 15 Euro. Im Badezimmer schimmel.
