About this house rental

The detached holiday home is renovated in 2014 and has a floor space of about 80 sqm
and stands on a 750 sqm plot with enclosed garden.
Hallway, bathroom with shower and sink. September WC. Living area with kitchen,
Door to the sunny and sheltered garden.
3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 2 with single bed plus 2 sofa beds in the living room.
Around the house, about 550 square feet, lots of sun and shade options,
protected on all pages. With a lot of space.

Gute Lage - Bad sehr klein - im Sommer wahrscheinlich sehr heiß - gute Ausstattung - Betten benötigen Modernisierung.

Die Aussenanlage ist sehr schön. Leider hatten wir des öfteren Besuch vom Nachbarhund der sein Geschäft bei uns abgewickelt hat. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schon ein wenig älter. Das Bad und die Toilette sind sehr klein. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist etwas zu hoch. Mein Vorschlag wäre im Garten eine Sauna einrichten.
