On my trip through Europe, this was definitely the best hotel. The only “complaint” is about breakfast: by 9:30 a.m. there were already very limited options, and the staff were not willing to restock. On my last day, I went down earlier and had the same issue—the person responsible was not replenishing items as they ran out, which resulted in very little variety of what was left.
That said, the room is good and clean. They could provide more bottles of water in the room and offer more pillow options.
If you stay at this hotel, the best way to get around is by metro. There is a station about a 10-minute walk away that connects to the whole city (Ostia Centro). If you’re coming from the airport, take the Cotral bus at the airport (€1.10), which drops you very close to the hotel (Terminal 3).

great location, clean, reasonably priced airport shuttle, and the staff were super nice. It was a great place to spend my last day in Italy.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The transfer to FCO was on time (actually slightly early - we were just finishing breakfast) and priced lower than ride sharing or taxi services would have been.
The breakfast offered delicious and fresh pastries, hard boiled eggs, cold cereals, juices and coffee (including cappuccinos), yogurt, bread, and several other items. The woman who was responsible for the breakfast was delightful and welcoming.
The metro/subway stop was approximately a 10 minute walk away and it took about one hour to reach the center of Rome.
We'll be happy to stay here again.
