La stanza aveva qualche difetto, i termosifoni non erano accesi a Dicembre, abbiamo usato il condizionatore per scaldare, che funzionava piano. Manca qualche appoggio in più nel bagno.

В первый день проживания с общего балкона украли купальник и арендодатель, на мой взгляд, не предпринял достаточно усилий для разрешения данной ситуации. Компенсация выделена не была

I booked a double bed room, and the room was very spacious and the bathroom is large with two sinks. It shared a kitchen with other rooms in the unit. It had access to a TV across from the bed and wifi (although the wifi was very weak). The bed was comfortable and towels/bodywash were provided. Location was only a 8-10 min walk to the train station which drops you right into the center of Rome. Communication was good (7.5/10) when needed.

There were ants crawling everywhere, I had to brush them off the bedstand and my bag. The whole apartment complex seemed to struggle with bugs (The rooms are rented out from an apartment complex). The door was extremely hard to open, be prepared to lift the door and jiggle for a while. As a note: The Check in facility is 10-15 minutes away from the actual room, so be prepared to walk further after picking up keys. If you want to drop bags off early, you'll have to put it in an open faced cubby.
