It was in great location with stunning views. Clean and tidy. Staff were lovely, friendly and warm. Excellent breakfast too..

The staff were friendly and helpful with 24 hour reception and our room had a wonderful view of the mountain.
Excellent location close to many bars and restaurants, the town centre with many attractions, Table Mountain, Camps Bay area and Sea Point.
It had a lovely bar, lounge and restaurant area on site and a very good breakfast especially as they accommodated food allergies.

Great breakfast included. Bissa was most helpful and so friendly. All the staff was amazing. 10 min Uber to the Waterfront
Seems like focus is on the conference centre and hosting. Was underwhelming. Very hot in Cape Town and no fridge to store cold water in room. The rooms desperately need an air conditioner ! Bathroom very basic, not even toilet spray included. The local bar and weed dispensary across the hotel stays open after midnight resulting in loud noise and weed smell all evening with balcony doors open (as it's way too hot without air-conditioning to close) . Staff are really fantastic though.
