I have become a regular to this property having introduced by my sister. You meet friendly staff all the way from reception to restaurant staff. You are remembered and welcomed with a smile. The location is amazing

Good location
More effort could be put in with regard to the breakfast. Stayed over for 2 nights = 2 breakfasts for 2 pax. Both occasions incorrect orders. Sadly, this messed up the overall experience.

Very misleading to say “air conditioning” when it’s only in the living area and not in the bedroom where one needs it the most. Provide a miserable fan for bedroom, which does not quite fall into the “luxury” category.
Do not replenish tea bags or coffee pods, which I find petty.
Having to book breakfast the night before is not appealing to me. They didn’t replenish the yogurt selection over the 5 Days we were there, after asking if they had anything other than low fat, after the first day. Small things, but to me short sighted, and not guest friendly.
