The food was generally good and well prepared. The room was superb - generous proportions, luxurious, and beautifully presented. Bed was extremely comfortable. My initial reservations about the location next to the bar proved to be misplaced.
The overall impression was that it lacked the high quality leadership to achieve a truly outstanding experience. Routines at meals were inconsistent. We waited a really long time (way more than the 2o mins advised) for breakfast one morning. Tables were not always cleared of bowls/ side plates before hot breakfast arrived. Waiters were setting up for the next service during mealtimes. Glasses were carried with fingers inside them. Dairy free meals were inconsistently met - not at all for dessert or hot chocolate/night time room treats.

Location, attention to details, friendly breakfast
Everything was very good! For the price no complaints! Of course one could up the dinner even more but then a price increase would be justified

It was so restful as everything is taken care of. One staff member was so kind as to assist me in even learning how to ride a bikes (available for use). Food was wonderful. Attention to detail, brilliant.
