Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice. View from the dining room is beautiful.
The outside of the building is very unattractive and needs a lot of work done. Some of the carpets/walls need work/replacing as they are dirty and the windows are in a poor state.

Check in smooth and quick. Room well planned and comfortable. Able to check in late and leave early for the ferry.
Did not need meals for anything else.
Two ceiling light started flashing and I could find no way to stop them. Ready to sleep so turned of light at the door. No one to report this to in the early morning.
