The location is great, the breakfast was awesome! Even with a chocolate fountain (which my kid loved) fresh waffles, you can make your own natural juice. They have a great coffee all they long available. The room was pretty big and the bathroom looks renovated. I really think the reviews of this hotel are to low for what it is. It should have minimun over 8.0. The staff was also pretty friendly and we have no complains
As one can read in other comments the hotel is a bit outdated on the corridors and some accesories in the room (old blankets for example) but this is nothing that really bother us. More importantly it was very clean. Room was a bit dark due to small windows. But we didnt spend long time in the rooms anyways so is not a big deal

Great sized room for single occupancy. Clean. Basic. Bed was comfortable. Asked for additional pillow from cleaning staff, no issues. Breakfast had some options and good coffee. Room warm. Very close to train station.
As a female solo traveller the location was a little far from centre on dark nights.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Beds were nice and they managed to put them together since we (mistakenly) booked twin room with separate beds.
Breakfast includes lot of options and tastes very good. Strongly advises to try the fresh choco and pistachio spreads. Having coffee/tea/(hot) water is possible after breakfast hours too.
Cleaned everyday, towels changed as well. Central heating (radiator) was impeccable. Hot water all the time and everything felt modern in the room.
Location is top if you plan to move around with trains/busses. Old town is about 8min walk from hotel. Public transport (bus) is also an option to go downtown and stops are nearby.
The room could've had an electric kettle. Also, having hotel slippers would be a great plus.

They deny to prepare breakfast items like scrambled egg even when it was finish during breakfast hours.
No lift for top floor rooms.
