The location is good - easy access from the train station and also a 15 walk to the Piaza Maggiore. It's a 3 star but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good.
The breakfast area is small and a bit crowded. But just eat a bit earlier.

We stayed at the hotel for leisure and overall had a very positive experience.
The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring the city. The service was a real highlight: staff were available at any time, helpful, and welcoming.
A special thank you to Romona at the reception, who was incredibly supportive throughout our stay. She assisted us with restaurant recommendations, taxi arrangements, and bookings, making everything smooth and stress-free. Her attitude truly made a difference.
Breakfast was good and well-organized, and the room was consistently clean thanks to regular housekeeping.
There are a couple of things that could be improved. The blanket was not very comfortable, and some parts of the room would benefit from a light cosmetic renovation.
