The location is very nice as it site off the road and is surrounded by residential properties. The windows had motorized shudders and once down the room was both dark and extremely quiet. The breakfast was very nice. There was plenty to eat. Egg made to order and good coffee.
There is really nothing that we thought was bad. There is a steep incline to reach the house, but that was to problem for us. Some less mobile guests may need to ask to drive up the steps. There are a set of steps to the front door and steps inside to rooms.

Das Frühstück, sowie die Bewirtung und Aufnahme in dem Landhaus waren sehr gut. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, da es diese aufmerksame und herzliche Art nur noch selten so gibt!
Es gab nichts zu bemängeln!

The location. The ease finding the hotel. Parking.
The owner was helpful and welcoming. The room was large, warm and had good views plus a fridge which was useful. The breakfast was super- really fresh- cheese, meats, juice, eggs, bread, fruit, cereals and homemade cake and jam and a good cup of coffee. The owner gave us advice on places to visit. A good weekend break.
