The location of the property is excellent—peaceful and quiet surroundings, yet very close to all types of transport in the Tatras. Friendly and polite staff, and clean rooms.
The beds are a bit soft, but this is compensated by the number of pillows.

Short notice booking, due to flight cancellation. Perfect location, very central in historic old town, but modern building internally. Comfortable and plenty of room. Due to short stay overnight, we didn’t make use of the kitchen, but this is well equipped.

Location is extremely central
No luggage storage. The windows are old and thin, it gets cold in the night but there's no possibility to control the heating. I suppose they turn it on centrally in winter, but we were there on a particularly cold September and had no heating at all. Noise insulation is bad, and there's plenty of noise in the street.
