Very good location with wonderful views. Although it overlooks the airport there were very few planes taking off and landing. So handy for good buses that were pre- paid for by a welcome card that came free with the accommodation. Also thete is a wonderful nearby restaurant for days we didn't want to cook.
Balcony was small and very close to balcony below but was still very enjoyable to sit and relax in while admiring the views.

We did not like that there was a horse stable behind the property as the smells came through strongly

The Kasperhof Apartments are situated in a fantastic location, approx 20/30min walk down into the town of Innsbruck,uphill to consider however there's no need as there is a bus that is a few steps away from the apartments that runs every 10 minutes,into the heart of Innsbruck and back it takes 10 mins give or take, we used this daily its free for your duration of your stay as are given a downloadable pass,we were never asked to show it.The Apartments are stunning the scenery is fantastic, theres also a lovely eatery just a couple of minutes up from Kasperhof if you don't want to go into the town,you can just have drinks if you want, we ate here twice...then a bit more of a very short climb to get the heart pumping is another place to drink and eat further up, but do check the opening times before embarking, all the information is in the information pack in your rooms.Then there's good old google to double check.Oh and the gardens and stables are beautiful ! we spent some time sat out there enjoying a drink..also the restaurant is super lovely, recommend booking at the weekend as can get busy.
Theres nothing we didn't like as such..some things can't be helped there was building work going on across the road from the apartments which was quite noisy at times, but we only heard it if we were sat outside on the balcony..inside you can't hear any noise because the glazed doors & windows are fantastic :-) and building work won't last forever so no complaint from us.Our apartment was fairly cool even as temperatures rose to high 20's low 30's we didn't have to use the aircon...I did look at switching it on at one point but noticed that this was an extra cost, from memory it wasn't much so no biggie, also a few euros to use the washer and tumble dryer not a complaint just fyi's...maybe its in the small print which I'm rubbish at reading sometimes.
