La posizione e l'accoglienza al check in molto gentile
La camera assegnata non corrispondeva alle immagini mostrate in fase di prenotazione: senza finestre, al piano terra e con un bagno piuttosto datato. La pulizia, sia della stanza che delle aree comuni, lasciava a desiderare. La colazione non è risultata soddisfacente, soprattutto nella parte salata e nella scelta di frutta. Inoltre, non c’è stata disponibilità ad accontentare una richiesta molto semplice, come un tè freddo.
