Wundeschönes Hotel. Habe gar nicht auszusetzen. Mega freundliches Personal, wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage. Sauberes Zimmer.
Das Hotel ist eher klein aber sehr gemütlich und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl.
Uns hat alles gefallen.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Montemerlo war zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind eher klein aber ok, mit sehr bequemen Betten und tiptop sauber. Das Frühstück ist superlecker und von allem was dabei, auch das Servicepersonal war super! Das Abendessen war ein Traum...
Ich kann dieses Hotel unbedingt empfehlen und würde dort jederzeit meinen Urlaub nochmals buchen.

L'hotel è senz'altro uno dei più carini della zona. L'architettura si integra perfettamente nella natura e il giardino all'interno è senz'altro uno dei più curati, cosa per me essenziale perché segno di una attenzione significativa al contesto naturalistico. Lo staff è di una cortesia squisita e l'organizzazione tutta funziona davvero in maniera impeccabile, sintomo di una grande professionalità a tutti i livelli. Il tutto però in maniera calda, spontanea e mai reverenziale. Il mare si raggiunge a piedi in circa 10 minuti a scendere e 15 a salire. La salita non è leggera ma neanche infattibile. Tutto sta nella condizione fisica.
Hanno inoltre un accordo con un lido a Fetovaia per cui siamo riusciti ad avere una tariffa di favore. La stanza era delle giuste dimensioni così come il bagno. Su booking erano indicati 11mq e abbiamo visto che sono relativi unicamente alla stanza da letto, bagno a parte. Quindi fossi in loro lo sottolineerei. Buona la colazione.
Ci tengo a premettere che le mie sono solo considerazioni bonarie alla fine di un soggiorno molto piacevole. Quindi spero possano essere prese come costruttivi suggerimenti.
Le stanze sono comode ma davvero essenziali. Il letto è basic così come gli arredi e il bagno. Tutto funzionale ma non troppo confortevole. E per più di 160€ a notte secondo me un po' ci si può lavorare su. Visto che c'è una buona attenzione all'aspetto sostenibile io eliminerei per quanto possibile tutti i prodotti confezionati a colazione prediligendo unicamente prodotti locali. E se posso dare un consiglio, inserirei assolutamente le zanzariere alle finestre e porte in modo che le persone più facilmente non usino il condizionatore dormendo con le finestre aperte. Noi per fortuna abbiamo visto che non ce ne erano tante e abbiamo sempre dormito con le finestre aperte ma in molte stanza invece i condizionatori erano accesi e il rumore dei loro motori per noi era un fastidio facilmente risolvibile. Probabilmente inserirei un blocco per i condizionaturi quando si va sotto una certa temperatura così come è presente quello per la finestre aperte.
In ultimo, se la zona esterna così come la reception sono molto carine, io inserirei delle luci calde nella sala per la cena che rendano l'ambiente più piacevole e meno asettico sopratutto perché, stando in villeggiatura, le persone ci tengono a stare in un contesto più accogliente e meno "mensa".

Good breakfast.
We spent over 2 hours trying to get the 25% ferry discount offered through the hotel. After a lengthy process of filling out their difficult online check-in forms the promotion password they shared was not valid. They insisted it was valid and had always worked for others. WRONG. Eventually they admitted it was their fault after we paid full price but they did reimburse for the difference. Stressful situation that shouldn't have been endured by us the guest.
