Stayci Serviced Apartments Central Station

Our group of four had a fantastic stay at Stayci Serviced Apartments Central Station in The Hague. One of the highlights of our stay was the warm welcome we received on arrival. We were able to drop off our luggage before check-in, which was greatly appreciated after an early morning of travelling. Olga (I believe that was her name), who was cleaning the apartment, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and she even had our apartment ready earlier than expected. The apartment itself was excellent and had everything we needed for our five-night stay. The online key system worked perfectly for us as a group of people in our early twenties who always have our phones with us, and we never experienced any issues accessing the apartment. The location is fantastic, being less than a five-minute walk from Den Haag Central Station. This was ideal for us as we were attending concerts in Amsterdam and travelling back and forth. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities within a short 5–15 minute walk. A few days into our stay, we requested some additional items, including toilet paper, towels, and dishwasher tablets, and these were provided promptly with no issues at all. The customer service, both in person and through messages, was consistently excellent.

The only real downside was the heat, but that was largely beyond anyone's control as temperatures were over 30°C during the week we visited. Thankfully, there was a large fan in the apartment, which was an absolute lifesaver. The sofa bed was also a little uncomfortable, and the pillows were quite flat, but these were relatively minor issues.

Everything was excellent. The location is very central. The entrance with digital key was very easy, the room was very clean and had everything we needed. We were surprised when we saw the olive oil for cooking. All kitchen utilities were clean and enogh. The bedroom was a little bit small but that's not matter for us. The garden was wonderful also. Thanks for everything.

Just the vantilator in the cabinet was very dusty.

Followed all instructions on how to use the cooker to avoid very sensitive smoke alarm (their words) going off. We also opened every window. Within 30 seconds of using the stove top, nothing had chance to burn, the alarm went off in every apartment in the complex. Very stressed until the security man arrived . was very embarrassing. Felt unable to cook the following evening which meant incurring extra costs to eat out.
