The property is completely renovated a few years ago according modern concepts and standards.

Good sound system with iPod docking station and a fixed Android tablet with Spotify.
The house is equipped with remote controlled facilities such as lighting and heating. There is an alarm system that can be operated remotely and monitored. It is also connected smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector. Also, there is a front and back camera surveillance system.
The house has a tiled backyard with outdoor furniture and a loungecorner for pleasant summer evenings.
The house is within walking / biking distance from the beach of Kijkduin. The tram, which is a few minutes walk away from the stop, brings you to the center of The Hague.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung war ruhig, wir haben gut geschlafen. Sie war komfortabel mit guter Aufenthaltsqualität. Und es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Betreuung durch Juul war perfekt und sehr angenehm.

Professionelles Management, nette Betreuung vor Ort, verkehrsgünstige Lage, außergewöhnlich eingerichtete und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung. Mein Sohn meinte " es ist ein bisschen wie Wohnen im Museum".

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, wir haben dort drei Wochen unseren Urlaub verbracht. Fahrrad fahren, Baden, Strandspaziergänge in Kijkduin, Besuche in Delft, Hoek van Holland und Rotterdam lassen sich von dort aus gut unternehmen. Die Tram liegt 3 Minuten entfernt.
Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und die künstlerische Gestaltung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
