Tout était parfait comme on l'attend d'un tel établissement. Le dîner méritait bien les deux macarons attribués par le guide Michelin et la note de 16.5 du Gault et Millau. et en particulier les notes iodées que le chef affectionne. La chambre, avec une esthétique et un confort moderne est remarquable. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était à la hauteur du reste, tant les fruits que les confitures , la pavlova ou le croissant

Un établissement de qualité. Une chambre spacieuse, agréable, une très bonne literie, un patio privatif, une piscine que nous avons apprécié de cette forte chaleur. La gentillesse du personnel.
Le petit déjeuner trop cher, pour le si peu de choix.
