The proximity to the train station and within walking distance to the sites we wanted to see

Location and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
Odd shower room with sliding glass doors. Worn out facilities- toilet door didn’t close. Damaged had basin.

Rooms were modern and clean
I order room service one evening and thought it was good quality and reasonably priced
The reason I chose this hotel over other similar properties was to use the jacuzzi but was informed during my stay that it was out of service which was very disappointing.
When I had problems connecting to WiFi and I asked reception I was informed that WiFi won’t connect to “foreign laptops” which was crazy.
With the spa not working, this doesn’t have amenities to qualify as 4 star property.
