Het appartement is ruim, wij hadden 2 woonkamers, 2 douches en toiletten en 2 slaapkamers. En 2 balkonnetjes aan iedere kant.
Locatie t.o.v. de oude stad is prima. De grote gezamenlijke tuin was prachtig met bedjes en zwembad.
Het interieur was oubollig en het appartement had trappetjes en een piepkleine keuken. Wel met 2 koelkasten, geheel onnodig. Het appartement stond naast een bouwput, daar kan de eigenaar natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar vonden wij wel jammer.

Pool and garden were like an oasis to relax and enjoy the sun, with gentle hum of the town in the background, far enough away not to be annoying.
Soundproofing between flats was bearable as we had good neighbours and rental was out of season when it was quiet. Sports grounds ~200 metres away were being developed with percussion breakers/diggers several hours of the day, apart from this, background sound was OK.

Very nice apartment, large enough terrace and three separate bedrooms (one transformed from separated living room but offering privacy as well.
Both showers had a shower head which didnt work well, which made showering not so enjoyable. But plenty of hot water. The TV did not work despite following the instructions.
