Regular visitor and never have an issue here. It's like me second home. All the staff are top notch. They've finally put kettles in the room! However, they need to put 2 cups in the double rooms not 1! 😂
Parking is a bit iffy but no drama. Would definitely recommend. It is a pub with plenty of night events, especially on weekends, so don't expect it to be quiet all the time. Rooms have everything you need with a comfy bed.

Glad they now have kettles in the rooms! Perfectly fine for a stay when it’s about £***. Wouldn’t pay more as certain touches aren’t there like new blinds, clean stools things like that. Wouldn’t suit a family as music plays until late. Doesn’t matter to me. Breakfast is bloody lovely!!! Will stay again.

Room is fine we’ve stayed before. Still need kettles in the room as you have to go to the bar to get a hot drink. Also went for breakfast and the kitchen was closed so had to go elsewhere and the tea and coffee facilities weren’t out either. The staff were caught out talking about us saying we hadn’t even checked out when we had the room booked for another night and the staff didn’t even apologise for the mistake that they had made they just slagged us off as if it was our fault!!! Also handed the key back and didn’t even get a Thankyou or how was your stay!! Poor customer service! It’s not the ritz i know but I expect a polite manner!! The place has so much potential!
