We arrived late in hotel might do to a train accident, blocking the tunnel. The person on duty was very attentive. He put our luggage on the elevator for us, came to the room, showed us how to use the TV set up the air conditioning for us and brought us extra towels. He also told us about what restaurants were open at that time of night the next morning the same staff member made us cappuccino and was there for us when we were eating our breakfast. He also gave us information on sites that we would like to say and directions to get there. . The staff was very friendly. The only thing we are a little this morning with was at the trash. Cans were empty upon arrival to the room. But that is only a minor thing. The late 12 PM check out and 2 PM to vacate time was very helpful and we did not feel rushed. We would definitely stay at this place again, and recommend it to all visitors of Sarajevo.
