Location was excellent, central but off the main road so nice and quiet. Off road secure parking included in price. House is beautifully decorated loads of original features spotlessly clean great ambience. Room has quality furnishings with everything you need supplied, modern ensuite bathroom which was spotless. Breakfast was awesome we had smoked salmon with poached eggs and a full English with a pot of tea and juice, everything was expertly cooked and served. Overall this is the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in, a real joy, congratulations to Tracey and Kevin as their hard work is evident all around xx

Excellent location in Ambleside and a good base to explore the Lake District. Loved the breakfast selection.

Excellent breakfast served by very friendly owners! The room was well furnished with high quality bedding and very clean. Proximity to bus stop (1 minute walk) made it easy to visit other towns, such as Grasmere, Windermere and Keswick.
