The rooms are spacious, well equipped and cleaned daily. The staff were extremely welcoming and nice. The breakfast was delicious!
Lack of curtain or some type of splash shielding in the shower makes it impossible to sit on the toilet after somebody showered, unless you're willing to sit in a pool of water.

Comfortable room, friendly staff and excellent food and drink.
Ideal location for walking either the coast path (walk out of the car park) or the East Lynn River path .

Food was good, choice was good, staff were both friendly and helpful.
Dogs in restaurant areas are not my idea of fun. The blue Ball has lots of room/bar and snug areas, so could have a dog and owners food room dont need canines under ones feet when eating
