Staff were all very friendly and the 24hr restaurant was lovely. The older man was very kind and i cant wait to come back for my next stay, highly reccomend

The owner and employees are friendly and always helpful. Our room had a balcony with a mountain view as advertised. We ate their excellent breakfast and also made use of the lounge facilities to prepare food purchased at the nearby Co-op Supermarket for ourselves at night. Lots of thoughtful extras for the guests such as compliments coffee and tea always available. We would happily return.

I enjoyed being greeted by the desk person each time I came into the lobby and their helpful and friendly responses to my queries. Really nice to have human interaction and customer service.I really liked having fridge space, complimentary coffee and tea and dishes and utensils to use. The eating room and common area were a real bonus as I'd booked a small room and I've been travelling for along while so it was great to have somewhere to sit. The place is super clean, staff really friendly, excellent location - about a 5 minute walk to train and bus. Grocery store minutes away. A variety of restaurants and shopping nearby.
