convenient location, tram 3 minutes, train 10 minutes, cathedral 12 minutes kitchenette, refrigerator restaurants a few minutes away
In the evening you can get in with a gate code, which sometimes doesn't work.

The large apartment style rooms have a sink and small table and chairs and a clean bathroom and fridge and desk and TV. They are spacious. The location was great, a very manageable walk to the station and also into central Strasbourg town and petite France. Heating was on and working! (We visited in December BRRRR!) No staff on the desk at our time of arrival but clear instructions for getting into the building and obtaining our key. We didn't use it but breakfast is available for a small charge which is handy. Lift was always in working order. Lots of eateries and shops on your doorstep.
The only thing we weren't keen on was not being close to the rest of our family in another room. We made a booking for 4 adults and a child (we didn't specify that we wanted to be together in all honesty) but I suppose we sort of expected it. It wasn't a major problem but just thought it was odd. We didn't pursue further though and perhaps their reason was that three bed apartments were on the ground floor and the two bedrooms were on upper floors. We did feel the price was expensive for what you were getting. In terms of facilities and service they hover between hotel and apartment, but really they are apartments. You wash your own crockery, take out your own bins, reception isn't 24/7. It just felt expensive, but we really enjoyed our stay and Strasbourg is such a pretty destination, particularly at Christmas time.

Excellent location in the heart of Strasbourg. Clean and comfortable room. The mini kitchen was a great bonus. Great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. The quick crib arrangement for our son was a thoughtful touch. We visited Strasbourg for Sinterklaas and the early Christmas market, and the whole city was beautifully decorated with lights, teddy bears, and festive decorations. The vibe was magical and made the trip unforgettable.
The facilities were a bit basic, but honestly, it didn’t affect our stay because everything else was great.

The location is excellent, and pretty much all of Stasbourg is in easy walking range including patisserie, shops and tram station. Main train station is a longer walk - approx 750mtrs with most of it being cobblestone so keep that in mind if you have luggage.
The apartment was dirty. We were in room 2306. There was thick dust on the bed head and other areas. There is a mirror in the entry way and in our room it was broken and barely hanging on. The bathroom had a lot of water damage to cabinetry and the toilet sits under a low mounted hot water system (bad for tall people). Hot water doesnt last long, so if there is 3 of you the 3rd person has a cold shower. The bed is very hard and the pillows are very very thin, with no spares available. The room is extremely small with the double bed pushed up against the corner of a wall. The bed was also just 2 single beds with a zip to join them, but ours was not zipped leaving a very exposed hard ridge down the centre of the bed. The sofa bed was damaged and unstable. For a room designed to house 3 persons it is way too small. There is nowhere for suitcases and insufficient storage room. This place is overpriced for its offerings, and if you stay here over a weekend there's nobody to speak to about concerns as everything is closed up.
