Superb breakfast.
Breakfast room was light with a garden view.
The main road made egress difficult.

It was December and i liked that I could turn the radiator up to warm the room and it warned quickly.
5 minute walk to a handful of takeaways and 20-25 mins from town restuarants.
Was perfectly located for my particular needs. With off road parking, 3 cars when I was there but it would fit a couple more I would think.

The breakfast was really good. The location was the best I could find and afford on those dates.
You may want to check your ability to deign a survey questionnaire; it doesn't have the subtlety to recognise that individual aspects can contradict an overall experience - too many variables that a sledge hammer questionnaire cannot account for.
You should also perhaps consider removing the patronising comments.
Here's a good example: - I didn't like the long walk to and from the front but that is not something that can be changed
