Super clean and perfect to go and discover Rio de Janeiro. There is security in the building so it feels safe and the area around it as well (there is a pharmacy and a mall very close by). Regina is always there for if you need any help with anything, she is extremely thoughtful and such a sweet person, I felt very much taken care of (she left food for me in the fridge; even some Champagne!). The apartment is also very centric, so you can easily go with Uber to all the beaches.
I guess the kitchen is small, but quite frankly as a tourist you will be going to the mall or out to eat at a restaurant anyway, so very mino point.

El departamento estaba impecable. Superó mis expectativas y, de hecho, hizo mi viaje aún mas espectacular. Tiene seguridad 24 horas en la entrada y son muy estrictos con la misma, siempre atentos a que estes bajo cuidado, lo que brinda tranquilidad. Regina es una persona maravillosa, muy atenta y gentil. Excelente elección. La ubicación es lo mejor de todo.

A localização é boa, próximo ao aeroporto e do aterro. O café é muito bom e os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis.
O recepcionista fez piadas de mal gosto demonstrando pouco profissionalismo. Sumiu um dos meus óculos do quarto e não tive nenhum retorno do hotel.

Exceptionally clean apartment, very quiet neighbors. The landlord is very kind, she even helped me to find a self-service laundry and taught me how to use it. The area around is very safe and there is a bus station nearby.
The apartment is very well designed, it has a good artistic sense.
It is the best apartment you can get in this price range.
The next time I come to RJ for vacations, this is the first place that I will think about.
The kitchen faucet is a little difficult to open, it could use a little of maintenance.
